These adorable knicker-style bloomers are completely hand painted and embellished with pretty coordinating ribbons. They are of course to be worn over a diaper or trainers.
I use very durable yet soft fabric paints. The bows are attached with small safety pins and can be removed for laundering. Gentle cycle...no bleach. 100% Cotton
